Who
should wear a tuxedo? |
| Answer: The groom, best man, ushers, groomsmen, the father of the
bride, father of the groom and a ring bearer. |
What
should the ring bearer wear? |
| Answer: The ring bearer can dress like the groom or the groomsmen.
He should be fitted only two weeks before the wedding due to growth
spurts. |
When
should we register the wedding? |
| Answer: You should register at least two months before the wedding.
It never hurts to register earlier and sometimes specials require
that you have registered and have all measurements in one month ahead
of the wedding date. |
What
about our-of-town groomsmen? |
| Answer: Groomsmen should be professionally measured at a formal
wear store. They can call their measurements to 1-800-87-7215 or
mail in the size card that VIP can provide. For an online printable

What
if I gain or lose weight after being measured? |
| Answer: You can come in at any time and be re-measured and adjustments
can be easily made. |

What
if we change our mind about the styles we picked out? |
| Answer: You can come into the store and change styles, although
we prefer you make all changes at least two weeks before the wedding. |
When
do I pay for the tuxedo? |
| Answer: You must put down at least a $20.00 deposit when you place
the order. You pay the balance when you pick up the tuxedo. |
What
happens if the tuxedo gets damaged? |
| Answer: The optional damage waiver will cover any accidental
damage. If you did not elect the damage waiver, you are responsible
for the replacement cost. |
When
do I return the tuxedo? |
| Answer: The tuxedos are usually required back the next business
day. There is a $10.00 per day late charge on all late tuxedos. |
What
if the tuxedo doesn't fit? |
| Answer: All tuxedos should be tried on in the store. With our local
warehouse, we can quickly get replacements to our stores. |
| What
if the invitation says Black Tie? |
| Answer: Black Tie means to dress formally for the event. You should
wear a tuxedo, matching trousers, formal shirt, cummerbund or vest
and tie. You do not necessarily have to wear black vest and tie. |
